This is Carlos, an Argentine who has been living in the strreets of Sao Paulo. He used to work at the Hilton hotel closeby, but somehow he started drinking, and with his diabetes the situation became worse and worse untill he lost his leg. Now he has periods that he does not drink, and his medicines work and he is fairly well. But more rrequent he drinks all day, and gets urned out a places he nrmally stays and talks with people.
