Streetart 76 at New Market, Dhaka
What I like of Dhaka is that the crowdedness prohibits regulation of the public space. As if “Let it go” is the only possibility left. In a city like Amsterdam even trees get tickets for not growing according the rules, but in Dhaka every thing goes with a minimum of rules.
